Terence Taylor

Terence Taylor is the President of the ICLS and the Chairman of its Board of Directors. He is an expert in international security policy, with a special emphasis in risk assessment and non-proliferation. He has held leadership positions at The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense and the United Nations.
